We looked up HelpTek and were pleasantly surprised that their services are available whenever needed. We placed the call, got a quote, and the technician, Dmitriy, arrived very quickly. He was affable, intelligent, and wasn’t bothered by our inquisitive young dog. He had the problem resolved in about 15 minutes, and best of all, it wasn’t due to my ineptitude, a file was corrupted!
